Wholesome Nutrition in Pregnancy


Today I'm super excited to share my good friend Dr Nyarai Paweni's article on Nutrition, right here. While I was struggling with nausea, Zviyo/Millet porridge was the only food that gave me peace in the mornings. If only I had this gem of knowledge at the time, I would have been saved from so much suffering.
