Today we are joined by Alana Chinhara for a discussion around the science behind sleep in infants. A rarely talked about, and in my view, much needed conversation around better sleep habits for both parents and their children.

Alana, is a certified Sleep Consultant for Zimbabwe, at Good Night Baby South Africa and breaks down what we need to know about managing our children's sleep habits from infancy to toddlerhood. Hopefully, the gains made in the early stages of life are increamental as your baby grows.

I for one wished we had practiced better sleep habits, with our children. However, it is never too late to start and continue to practice good sleep hygiene.
